Siobhan Phipps, affectionately known as “Shevy”, is a twenty-six year old Attorney-at-Law in the Federation of St.Kitts-Nevis, with a passion for the development of children and youth.
Shevy, who ACTUALLY believes she is one of Santa’s elves, comes alive during the Christmas season. Outside of participating in Carnival festivities, she eagerly looks forward to helping her family select their Christmas colors, decorating their home, planning the Christmas Lunch menu and so much more.
Shevy recalls that there was never a Christmas Day that she didn’t have at least one gift to open and so she started this initiative to do her part in ensuring that other children are given that same opportunity. Through 869Elves, she hopes to give as much children as she can, a reason to smile on Christmas Day.🥹
